About Tow Master:
Tow Master specialises in the manufacture, sale and hire of high quality exhibition trailers, fridge freezer trailers and event vehicles across the UK.
Tow Master build trailers for a range of clients for roadshows and promotional events. These clients come from a range of B2B and B2C industries as diverse as renewable energy, agriculture, public bodies, utilities, marketing and events etc.
Our customer base is wide and varied and covers all industries from The Armed Forces, Police and Fire Brigade to car dealerships, universities and heritage groups through to suppliers for the O2 Arena, Hydro Scotland and the Liverpool Echo Arena plus several top level sporting teams.
The Drivers role
Tow Master are currently offering exciting, flexible opportunities for drivers to undertake casual/seasonal work.
What you’ll do
You’ll be driving our trailers to various shows and events across the UK. This will involve driving trailers and vehicles to show grounds and or customer premises as well as setting up trailers at shows and events, so you need to have a good level of fitness.
Preparation of trailers before and after events will be required including washing down the exterior and internal flooring, wiping and polishing surfaces etc Moving of customer materials into and out of the trailers and setting up graphic boards and other items may be required.
Key seasons when our drivers are in high demand: May – September. June and July are exceptionally busy months for our drivers.
Essential skills and experience required:
You must have:
- A full UK driving licence with 3.5 tonne entitlement. You must be comfortable driving and towing with a 3.5 tonne vehicle and trailer.
- Excellent communication skills
- A safety-first mindset
- Must have a good level of fitness
- Towing skills and experience
Role suitable for:
Drivers with towing experience looking for flexible/casual work and/or seasonal work during the key seasons mentioned above.
Courier drivers who want extra work either during the week or at weekends.
Semi-retired persons looking for flexible work that can fit around an active schedule.
Anyone with a flexible job looking for extra work during quiet times.
