An exciting year ahead
After a busy trailer building year in 2013 and the launch of a new trailer hire service, Tow Master are looking forward to an exciting, busy 2014.
Tow Master have been building trailers for many delighted customers for over 11 years now, Steve McIlhagga, Managing Director of Tow Master explains, “After trading in a wide range of trailers for 10 years, the business was re-structured in 2013, to focus on our key strengths of building, selling and hiring mobile exhibition trailers. These can be built to standard specifications, or can be totally bespoke to suit a customer’s very specific requirements.”
He continues, “We work closely with our customers helping, advising and designing a unit to meet their exact needs. The use of CAD and Solid Works computerised design packages means a project can be visualized, allowing customers to make informed decisions prior to manufacture. This ensures they get a finished trailer that perfectly meets their requirements. The team also work hard to ensure that the finished build quality of our trailers is first class. A great deal of personal pride, together with only the highest quality materials, goes into ensuring that each trailer that leaves the Tow Master premises surpasses industry standards.”
The trailer hire service from Tow Master gives potential customers the option to hire before buying, as well as the opportunity to use different trailers for different events. The trailers can be delivered, sited and collected from any UK location, Steve explains the popularity of this service, “Many of our customers like the opportunity to hire first, effectively trial running the trailer hire service to see how they get on. It also means they don’t have to worry about towing initially as we can deliver and set up for them. Of course some customers use our trailer hire service long term, for a roadshow or a series of events, knowing that they can send the trailer back at the end.”
Steve concludes, “We now have a wealth of experience behind us about building a wide range of trailers. We’re looking forward to a busy year of building and hiring trailers out to our expanding customer base. Of course we’re always open to the challenge of building something that hasn’t been done before! It certainly keeps things interesting.”
